Returns subject to the goods of inadequate quality, followed by replacement with similar goods, provided that the seller is unable to eliminate the existing shortcomings free of charge and in a reasonable time, as well as in the absence of violation by the buyer of the rules for using or storing the goods. The buyer has the right to participate in the quality check of the goods in person or through a representative

marketable condition
consumer properties
a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods, or other evidence of purchase of goods from the seller.
Force Majeure

An online store is exempt from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under these Operating Rules if this failure is the result of force majeure circumstances (fire, flood, earthquake, military actions, actions and regulatory instructions of state bodies that are binding on online stores) , arising after the conclusion of the transaction, provided that these circumstances directly affected the performance of the online store of its obligations.
